Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of ice
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3-1/2 cup water
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Start with 1/3 cup of water and add more after you have blended the smoothie if you want your drink a bit thinner. Don't pour the whole mixture in the class, leave the last bit as that is where the seeds will be.
