Cooking Camp 2018

1 1/3 ground turkey
2 T olive oil
1/2 red onion chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1 T grill seasoning blend (Montreal Seasoning by McCormick)
2 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 C tomato sauce

Cook turkey meat, add onions and pepper. Cook until softened. In a separate bowl mix seasoning mix, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce together. Add to pan and mix. Serve on miniature rolls.
