8 oz frozen mixed veggies 1 egg 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1/2 clove fresh garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. fresh thyme 2 Tbs. vegetable oil 6 hamburger buns Defrost frozen vegetables. Put in food processor and pulse 3 times. Add egg,bread crumbs,lemon juice, salt, thyme to vegetables. Pulse until well blended. Form patties. Cook in pan with 1 Tbs. oil 3 minutes per side.
