Boil water for pasta. Add pasta and follow directions on box. Cut peppers and onions and saute for 5 min. Beat eggs and add to bowl, add milk and mix. Add cheeses, ham, basil and oregano. Add drained pasta and mix. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with cooking oil. Sprinkle mozzerella on top and bake for 10 mins at 375 or until egg mixture set. |
