PASTA FRITATTA
  • 1/2 C Onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 Red pepper chopped
  • 1/2 C shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/3 C parmesean cheese
  • 2 C diced ham
  • 1 T basil
  • 1 t oregano
  • 1 box thin pasta

Boil water for pasta. Add  pasta and follow directions on box.

Cut peppers and onions and saute for 5 min.

Beat eggs and add to bowl, add milk and mix. Add cheeses, ham, basil and oregano.

Add drained pasta and mix. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with cooking oil.

Sprinkle mozzerella on top and bake for 10 mins at 375 or until egg mixture set.
