Ingredients:
Use a very hot waffle iron. Spray with cooking spray or wipe with oil. In mixing bowl with hand-held electric mixer, blend egg yolk, sour cream, milk, and butter. Into a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Stir the sifted dry ingredients into first mixture; beat until smooth with mixer. Fold in the beaten egg white. Bake at medium-high heat in a preheated waffle baker. |
