MARCH-9-KNIFE SKILLS/PANTRY BASICS Itroducing Pat Kinney to our list of outstanding Chef's. Pat has an MS from Columbia University, and is an expert on Japanese culture and cuisine. She appears regularly on TV in Japan and US, including TV food network. She has her own TV program on Time Warner Cable called "Tokyo-on-the-Hudson": She also teaches/lectures at The New School, The American Museum of Natural History, Asia Society, Institute for Culinary Education(ICE)
